hfettig
Hi, When I opened the Tester the first time it popped up with the mass compile dialog. It compiled all 374 files into LV 8.6 in 28s and then nothing happened. The dialog is still open, the panel close button and the abort button do nothing. I can also resize and maximize the dialog front panel. However, I can click back on the VI Tester GUI and run that without problems. Maybe you forgot to close a window? Cheers, Heiko
Omar Mussa
However, I can click back on the VI Tester GUI and run that without problems. Maybe you forgot to close a window? We'll look into this, so far I've never seen this problem. I noticed you are using Vista from your other posts so we will try to install on Vista and see if we get the same results. Thanks for the feedback!
Omar Mussa
I've added this issue to the known issues. We've fixed this issue in the next release which should be coming out soon.
TobyD
I've added this issue to the known issues. We've fixed this issue in the next release which should be coming out soon. I just installed v1.1.0.121 for the first time in LabVIEW 8.6.1 on Windows Vista and saw this bug. the release notes say the bug has been fixed but apparently there is still something going on. A couple other things... 1. I was able to resize the mass compile window (I don't think that is expected behavior) 2. The text in the mass compile window does not fit in the box. I think this is the same Vista bug that plagues all things LabVIEW. The system fonts changed and nothing lines up quite right.

I've created cases for these: Case 7056 - Mass compile window resizes incorrectly Case 7057 Mass compile path should be larger for Vista Also, I'm happy to hear that you're using VI Tester. We look forward to hearing about your experiences using it for unit testing Thanks, -Jim
