but if I try to parse the same XML message with a missing element I will get "Error 85" as you can see in this picture.



Is it a bug or have I missunderstod the "Best Attempt Parsing" feature? If I change all datatypes in the LabVIEW cluster to strings then it works with missing elements but then you miss the point with the EasyXML Tool kit I think.

I am using LabVIWE 8.5 and EasyXML 1.0
