Your bug reports are very important -- they help in the creation a high-quality product. In order to ensure that the process works efficiently, please use the following guidlines when posting your bug reports.

Before posting a bug report, please search the forums for existing bug reports. The bug you have found might already have been reported, and there might be a work-around or fix that will be of use to you.

When reporting bugs, keep in mind that a good bug report should include the following:

• Steps to reproduce the bug (if it can be reproduced)
• Expected behavior (what would happen if the bug didn't exist)
• Actual, observed behavior (the bug)
