Do you always create custom destinations or do you ever just use the Toolkit VIs folder and just edit the path? Yes, for a Library I use the Toolkit VIs location and edit that. But for multiple install (sub)locations (e.g. Classes\Libraries) I would want to create multiple e.g. llbs but have them all under one main folder.
