What's the difference between OpenG Commander and VI Package Manager?

VI Package Manager is a commercial product, developed and distributed by JKI. Whereas OpenG Commander is an open source software product that is no longer under active development. JKI created VI Package Manager in order to provide the LabVIEW community with a software product with exciting new features, as well as professional quality and support.
