Seeing some strange behavior when trying to open VIP files directly from windows.

When I double click on a VIP file in windows explorer, VIPM start up normally, but when the package window opens, it is blank and says "This package is not compatible with your operating system or any LabVIEW version installed on your computer." But if I close out that window, click File->Open Package File(s), and select the same VIP file, it opens normally and I am able to install.

System info:
Win7 Pro 64-bit
VIPM 2010 Community build 1568
LabVIEW 2010 SP1 32-bit

Short answer to your issue. This has been fixed in VIPM 2011. Please upgrade.
