Hi,

I have just downloaded "vipm-2011-windows-setup.exe" community version from your homepage, but I got an error. I am going to attach a picture showing the error.

I already installed LabVIEW Run-Time 2009 SP1.

My PC Configuration is:
Windows XP Professional Ver. 202 Service Pack 3
Intel Core 2 Duo
4GB of RAM
NI Developer Suite 2010 fourth quarter

Could you help me about this issue?

Thanks and regards,
Hiram Hernandez

Turn off your virus scanners. Check your Windows processes to be sure, kill all virus scanning processes.

Hi I'm a new user to VIPM, and I found this post describing the same problem I have durining installation.
I too have the service pack runtime engine installed, and have check if there are any virus processes running (none).
But I still have the same error and problem.

Systems details:
OS: WIN XP
Labview: 2009 service pack 1

Any help would be great thanks

It's a virus scanner issue. It's been confirmed by several people. We are working on fixing this for then next major VIPM release but currently the only workaround is to disable your virus scanner.
