Isaac Tercero
Hello everyone, I'm having some problems with VIPM, specifically when trying to install LINX v2.0.0.90. Everytime I tried the same error appears: Main Package Name: MakerHub LINX v2.0.0.90 Package Name with Error: MakerHub LINX v2.0.0.90 Error Message: VIPM could not install the package lvh_linx-2.0.0.90 . Error Code: 15 Error Source: (Script VI could not be opened) 564907B357571B07D2F24C83F2238146 in 6DD5104CBF0E165521E4728EFE0CABA7->76A66512DC2ED5A3FAC13DA1AE4CB330->OGPM Class.lvlib:D82779B0C1F962F9F3BF683C8FFA66B1->OGPM Class.lvlib:B98EAC6DC70D3A2A7544410E76F4C426->12006F5D5155DB1F631D062459D6CED9->VIPM Main Window.vi =============== I think this means that VIPM tried to execute a Custom VI but failed, although it opens an untitled VI. I have successfully installed other packages like LIFA or MakerHub ToolBox (something necessary for the LINX installation). I tried rebooting (without success), uninstall and install again, and test others versions: build 1941, downloaded from http://www.ni.com/gate/gb/GB_EVALTLKTLINXLVH/US , crashes in the license agreement part; build 1967, the latest one if I'm not wrong, doesn't install: everytime I tried it cancels automatically and ask me if I'm sure I want to cancel (this happens even when I start the installation as administrator). I don't know what to do know. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading and sorry for my bad english. PD: my OS is Windows Vista 32 bits and my LabView Version is 2014. Ashish
Isaac, Let me tell you that your English is perfectly fine. I was not able to reproduce the behavior on my Win 7 64 bit LabVIEW 2014. It needs to download the package. Is your VIPM connected to internet? Have you tried installing any other package?
Isaac Tercero
I have installed other packages, "LabView Interface For Arduino", "MakerHub Toolbox", "MakerHub Interface for Microsoft Kinect One" and "Mitsubishi Robotics Library", so I think VIPM is connected to internet. But when I tried to install the "Epson Robotics Library" there was again the Error Code 15: Main Package Name: Epson Robotics Library v2.0.0.67 Package Name with Error: Epson Robotics Library v2.0.0.67 Error Message: VIPM could not install the package digimetrix_gmbh_lib_epson_robotics_library-2.0.0.67 .
