Known Issue (Case 5244): Can't parse array of time stamps

Parsing time stamp in array fails with "Error 1 occurred at (Unexpected Datatype <Waveform>)".

For example, can't parse the following:

<times>
	 <time>1903-12-31T13:00:00.000-08:00</time>
	 <time>1903-12-31T14:00:00.000-08:00</time>
</times>
