  1. I'd like to make a suggestion for VI Tester. It'd be nice to have timeouts that are part of the VI Tester. What I'd expect is some configuration I can put on the Unit Test, then if my VI hangs for some reason, the VI Tester aborts the test and returns a failed: timed out. It would be additionally awesome if I could set this as both an individual setting or a global setting. I'd expect individual settings to override global settings.
  2. I'm having the same problem: LabVIEW 2012 works fine but LabVIEW 2013 cannot connect. Regardless of the timeout, the error appears shortly after LV2013 finishes launching. I have set the most liberal connection settings in VI Server to no avail. Unfortunately, my firewall is managed but our IT, so I'm not able to fiddle and tweak it as easily. Handwaving in LabVIEW settings has not made any hits as well. Any suggestions on additional steps to try?
