I have made a new and first installation of LabView 8.2 and then I wanted to install the VIPM. But always the message "VIPM already running" appears, "retry" does not help and a "ignore" button is not displayed. VIPM's installer does do a check to see if VIPM is already running. It looks for open windows with the name "VI Package Manager". Are there any other applications running?
