Problem With Opening Library

When I attempt to build the component 'ECB', I get the following error:

 

There was a problem building ECB.

 

Error Details:

Code: 7

Source: Invoke Node in Library.Open__ogb.vi->Generate Resources Copy Info__ogb.vi->Build Application__ogb.vi->Build Application from Build File__ogb.vi->Build Application from Build File__ogb.vi.ProxyCaller

However if I open the library programmatically (invoke node->library->open) and leave the VI calling this code open, then the build works just fine. Obviously I could use this fact as a workaround by including this VI as a prebuild custom action, but I would like to eliminate the problem altogether.
