Ninad Regundwar
I have created a package which contains some folders and VI's and also have installed the package on my PC. Now when I add a new vi to the Package by copying the new VI to the folder and try to open the vipb in the package builder, I could see the new VI In the source file settings but the new VI is not added in the pallets.I have to add the VI manually and then build the package. Is this the desired functionality? I think that the VI should get add in the pallet automatically. Michael Aivaliotis
This is expected functionality. One could argue either way. Which is the best approach? Should we always auto-populate the palette with new found VIs and controls? If you want to do that there is the option to do this: If you want this to be a feature in VIPM, go post over at the VIPM Idea exchange.
