Nelson G Posted November 3, 2014 Report Share Posted November 3, 2014 I need some help to remove this program, for proper installation, but I´ve been trying all day and this message keeps poping out , "there is a problem with this windows installer package. Ashish Posted November 3, 2014 Report Share Posted November 3, 2014 Nelson, You will have to uninstall VIPM using the VIPM uninstall and then delete the following folders manually: C:\ProgramData\JKI\VIPM, C:\Program Files (x86)\JKI\VI Package Manager. Then re-install VIPM. If that does not help, please send the screenshot of the error message. What OS, LabVIEW and VIPM version are you using? Please try using Administrator privileges.
