cannot uninstall VI Package Manager 2014 from control panel

I need some help to remove this program, for proper installation, but I´ve been trying all day and this message keeps poping out , "there is a problem with this windows installer package. A program riquired for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor".

Nelson,

 

You will have to uninstall VIPM using the VIPM uninstall and then delete the following folders manually: C:\ProgramData\JKI\VIPM, C:\Program Files (x86)\JKI\VI Package Manager. Then re-install VIPM.

 

If that does not help, please send the screenshot of the error message. What OS, LabVIEW and VIPM version are you using? Please try using Administrator privileges.
