Can't Verify Connection to LabVIEW

LV: 2017 SP1, 2014 SP1

Did all this stuff: https://support.jki.net/hc/en-us/articles/214135683-Resolving-issues-with-VIPM-connecting-to-LabVIEW

Added VIPM to Inbound and Outbound rules of the Windows Firewall

Any other ideas?
