Unable to install OpenG LabVIEW ZIP Library & OpenG Port IO packages (both v4.0.0-2)

Recommended Posts

HI,

Left with a funny in VIPM 2018, originally I had an error, where VIPM would fail do download a couple of packages required for the OpenG Toolkit.

That issue is resolved (sort of), as I copied the necessary files from one PC to another, as suggested by another user on LAVA forum

I'm now left with VIPM 2018 showing unresolved dependencies for the OpenG Toolkit.

Hi,

I'm trying to install the OpenG Toolkit under LV2015 (32-bit), but I get a couple of packages that fail to download

http://www.jkisoft.com/packages/packages/oglib_lvzip/oglib_lvzip-4.0.0-2.ogp

http://www.jkisoft.com/packages/packages/oglib_portio/oglib_portio-4.0.0-2.ogp

Thing is they're already installed on my present PC, just corporate rules say I have to be upgraded to a newer PC, which I'm now trying to set-up..

64-bit versions appear to be available, just not the 32-bit.

I get the following errors;

Quote

Main Package Name: OpenG LabVIEW ZIP Library v4.0.0-2
Package Name with Error: OpenG LabVIEW ZIP Library v4.0.0-2
Error Message: VIPM could not download the package oglib_lvzip-4.0.0-2 from the remote server.
Error Code: 59
Error Source: Wininet Network Error: HttpQueryInfo;

Main Package Name: OpenG Port IO v4.0.0-2
Package Name with Error: OpenG Port IO v4.0.0-2
Error Message: VIPM could not download the package oglib_portio-4.0.0-2 from the remote server.
Error Code: 59
Error Source: Wininet Network Error: HttpQueryInfo;

Any suggestions welcome.

Kev

I've tried uninstalling the Toolkit and the two packages and reinstalling (which works okay, now the files are on the target PC), but I'm still left with a warning red-triangle on the OpenG Toolkit entry in VIPM - but right-clicking and selecting "Install Missing Dependencies' just gives me a dialog box that states "There is nothing to of. All the packages are already installed"

As above "any suggestions welcome"

Kev
