Jim Kring Posted February 21, 2008 Report Share Posted February 21, 2008 Sometimes there are issues installing VIPM when anti-virus, anti-spyware, or firewall software is running on your computer. If you get an Error 5 message when installing VIPM, try turning off your anti-virus, anti-spyware, and firewall applications and then installing VIPM.
